Refund Policy


  • No RETURNS or EXCHANGES will be allowed for jewelry & accessories 
  • All "SALE" items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines. 
  • If for some reason a customer receives STORE CREDIT only ONE discount code can be used at checkout. You can not combine discount codes to receive multiple promotions. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 
  • All items must be returned in NEW condition.  This means items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up or food stains in order to be eligible for store credit or refund. 
  • Swimsuits are FINAL sale and NOT able to be returned for sanitary reasons.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please email, for assistance before returning.
  • Claims with USPS can be filed here, for missing packages.
